Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Leadreev's website and application (together, the "Service"), operated by Leadreev ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Service

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Your account and data

When you sign up, you'll verify your email address using a one-time code before your account is created. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the leads, contacts, and content ("Customer Data") you upload or create through the Service. You retain ownership of your Customer Data; we process it only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or violate applicable anti-spam laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL) through websites, automations, or booking confirmations.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Some features require a paid subscription. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring, month-to-month basis through our payment processor, Paddle. You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at hello@leadreev.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and features may change, be added, or be removed as the product evolves.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions of these Terms (e.g. limitation of liability) survive.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadreev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
