This Privacy Policy explains how Leadreev ("Leadreev," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website (leadreev.com) and our application (app.leadreev.com), together the "Service."
1. Information we collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Account information you provide directly: name, email address, company name, and password (stored as a salted hash — we never store your plaintext password).
- Customer data you input into the Service on behalf of your own leads and contacts (names, emails, phone numbers, notes, pipeline stages, website and booking data). This data belongs to you; we process it only to operate the Service for you.
- Usage data collected automatically: pages visited, features used, device and browser type, and approximate location (derived from IP address), via the analytics tools described in Section 3.
- Payment information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, billing is handled by our payment processor, Paddle. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
2. How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure, including sending one-time verification codes to confirm your email address at signup.
- To send transactional emails (verification codes, booking confirmations, automation notifications) via our email provider, Resend.
- To understand how the Service is used so we can fix bugs and prioritize improvements.
- To communicate with you about your account or respond to support requests.
3. Analytics and tracking tools
We use the following third-party tools to understand product usage. Each is a data processor operating under its own privacy policy:

4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and infrastructure), Resend (email delivery), Paddle (payment processing), Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and PostHog (analytics).
- Legal compliance: if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Leadreev, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers: if Leadreev is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Data retention
We retain account and customer data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your organization's data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or security purposes (e.g. fraud prevention logs).
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@leadreev.com.
7. Data security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS) for all traffic, salted password hashing (PBKDF2), and access controls scoped to your organization. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
